My name is Alexander Shalom Joseph and I am an award winning author of seven published books, most recently The Clearing (Middle Creek Publishing, 2025) and Living Amends (Galileo Press, 2025).

 

I have an MFA in Creative Writing from the Jack Kerouac School and an MA in English Education. I live in Colorado, write a weekly poetry column on Substack and for the Mountain Ear Newspaper, and teach monthly writing workshops at two maximum security prisons.
